Shortly we will have a facility for recording short opinions of towns as well as fuel prices in town right across Australia & NZ.
As you travel please keep a record of ...........

Date ...............
State .............
Town .............
Opinion/comments............. (20 words?)
Petrol price ................
Diesel price ..............

((((Not ready yet but a first look at it so far.

No, I don't think so.
Then we'd need to say where & then if it's 'coffee' quality etc etc.
Might keep it simple for now.
There is going to be quite a bit of work involved.

Will the date the entry was made be shown so that users are aware of how current the price really is. Their used to be a site some years ago that showed shell servo's and the price however some places the latest entry was 12 months or more out of date.

This feature will be of great assistance in planning trips. Many thanks to those working on this project.

Yes I think we will need to put the date in or, like you say, people will lose faith in it.
What did you think of the way it works? Easy to look up?

Yes........ it's going to be a lot of decisions?
Do we call all suburbs Adelaide or do we list all as well?
Then we have places like Ballarat that have half a doz sections as well.

Probably not possible, but GPS coordinates would sort that one out. Just google earth and you'll find out soon enough if the servo is within striking distance.

dawg (just might not be handy on the fly through city peak hour traffic though. :( )
Experience is a wonderful thing. It helps you recognise a mistake when repeated.
