Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning ll
Bruce 'tis a bit too high. This works for some (me included) as I hate tablets. Cut out ALL fats, red meat only a couple of times a week . Most Drs have a diet list of what to cut out- I have mine from the 1980 when was above 11 and my Dr here gave me the same one a few year ago. Oh cut out crustations and nuts.
George am going to (maybe) go to physio so shall ask about your treatment

Morning all all camped at the van park in York Town for a few days while we explore the area.

Bruce my highest reading was 25.9 so ended up on the medication since Monday. Been coming down and now on 9.1 this morning. Have to double the dose to 1000mg next Monday and will see what happens. Taken a lot of change to my eating habits and also lost 20kg this year and feeling better for it.

Lesly thank you for the suggestion of the YP park nice little park.

Dot PM sent.

Cheers and have agreat weekend folks Robert

I’m pleased you are enjoying the Yorketown CP Robert. We thought it was a little gem and we are generally not CP people.
