That was always my argument, prior to intensive chemotherapy.
A damaged hypothalamus means I can no longer regulate my body temperature. So cold weather really gets to me.
Anything lower than 20~24deg and I’m grabbing a blanket.
Over 28~30 and perspiration makes me look like I’m melting! Drives SWMBO crazy.
