Thought for Today

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Or the other version

Saw a sticker on the back window of a Volvo today.
"Money can't buy happiness.
But it can buy a Volvo,
Which is kind of the same thing."

Now where have I seen that before, hmmmm?

If you're playing a game (say, tennis) against your spouse,
and to be generous (or smart) you try to lose, and do,
have you succeeded or failed? :? 8-)

Do you expect a simple answer or the whole Encyclopedia?

There is another version, "Money can't buy happiness, but it can go towards keeping your Kombi on the road and that has to be the next best thing"

A simple 'Yes' or 'No' will suffice... :P

You have clearly succeeded, you tried to lose and succeeded in losing. Now, if you had tried to lose but had still won, then you would be faced with a conundrum (:noun. a non percussion device deceptively being sold by con-men; con-un-drum)

The wisdom of those who have the knowledge in the first place requires a few adjustments for those who do not possess the same level of wisdom.

Of what value would a dictionary be to someone who can't spell?
