Australian Trivia Only

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Yep longest golf course, well done Shirley. Canada has the longest coast line last time I looked, Aus is about 8th I think, but could be wrong.

Just to finish off my question...
Cox's road only took 6 months to complete, from July 1814 to Jan 1815.
Over 160k's in 6 months is pretty amazing.
Admittedly it was very rough, but parts of it are still visible today and some of the original route is still used I believe.

Cheers,

OK.
I’ll reluctantly step in... :D
What do we celebrate on Australia Day?
A. Lt Cook’s discovery of Australia
B. Arrival of the First Fleet
C. Federation of the Commonwealth
D. Brewing of the first Australian beer

And if that’s too hard:
What name did Governor Phillip give to Australia’s first town?
Regards & God bless,
Ray
