Telstra’s continuity problem

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Telstra’s continuity problem

Post by Greynomad »

Not sure if anyone else has noticed, but Telstra’s latest ad, the video call with mum, has a continuity error.
In the first scene, mum picks up her phone in her left hand and puts it to her left ear.
When daughter tells her it’s a video call, and to move the phone away from her ear, the pic on daughter’s phone is of mum’s right ear.
Earth-shattering, innit? :? :D
Regards & God bless,
Ray

When that ad came out I thought the same thing, but I think it is the reversed image from the front camera on the phone.

If that was the only problem Telstra has, then we should all be celebrating.

I'm glad someone else "pulls ads apart" , I get into trouble for commenting about such things on the rare occasions I even watch tv.

Opinions please on Telstra 4GX dongle, looking at getting NBN connected but as we don't have new cable in our street we won't get fast speeds, Telstra guy has suggested going mobile with the dongle & we can take the Internet away with us, $70 mth on a 24 mth plan, cancel or change in you want, 200GB & slows if you go over, as we have a new TV thought we could start streaming programs?? So what do you all reckon.

Shirley, we have a 4G dongle. Works well for us. We only have a 25gb allowance and never get close. But we don't stream anything. We used to have 100gb of ADSL but never got remotely close with that either.

Thanks David, we had unlimited ADSL connected until about 12 mths ago, we have now bought a new TV & would like to watch Internet programs on it, I only have 20gb on my iPad enough for me & also went with Boost 12 mth deal on my mobile phone.
