Merry Christmas thread.

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Peter, you know how sometimes one is not enough and two is too many. For me, today was one of those days. Maybe it was the Christmas grog fog. But probably it was too much salt or sulphites in the Christmas ham. 😁😁👍

Post-Christmas leftovers make for gourmet meals.

Probably the most expensive pizza we’ve ever had — and home-made by SWMBO:
Smoked Trout & Goat’s Cheese...

... and it was DELICIOUS!!

Pity the red didn'y get there to wash it down !
Is on it's way to Seymour sorting facility so tomorrow or the next day
The 2020 Shiraz is a BBQ red. Grapes were not fully ripe but rain was forecast so the grower picked them (it didn't rain damn it)
Lower alcohol and quite light taste. Perfect chilled at a BBQ on a warm day.
The 2019 Cabernet was an extended maceration then 10 months in a new 90 ltr American Oak barrel. Still getting better every day.
Hope you enjoy
