He's had enough!!!

Some time ago there was a rich Shah that owned his own heard of camels and camel drivers.
He ordered the camel train to be loaded up with enough food and supplies for a very long trip across the desert.
Early in the morning they headed off in a jovial mood happy that nothing had been forgotten.
Late that afternoon the Shah called a halt to the proceedings and ordered everyone to gather around.
He told them that all day long he had heard a voice counting and it was getting on his nerve and it MUST stop or he would put an end to it!
The following day the trip continued.
Lunch time the Shah ordered a halt & demanded the culprit own up .... no-one did so he shot one of the helpers.
Just before evening the same happened & he shot another helper.
The counting just continued, & continued, & continu.................. (you get it?)
This went on day after day until just one helper was left. He was summoned & was given one last chance to own up.
He refused saying he just could not lie to his 'owner'.
He was also shot.
The journey continued but once again the counting continued over & over!
The Shah figured it MUST be one of the camels!!!
The gun came out & one by one the camels were shot.
There came the day the last camel was shot & the Shah figured he would finally have peace from the dreaded counting..........
But alas ..... after several hours more across the desert listening to the counting the Shah finally came to the conclusion that it MUST be in his mind and it was HIM that was doing the counting ............
The Shah reached for his gun to finally end the torture ...................

Anyone like to finish the joke?....

The Shah took out his bazooka, loaded his last bullet into the firing chamber and after praying to Allah (as they do ...) he ...........................

remembered he had not packed any condoms

.... just about to top himself when he suddenly thought he'd better have one last cigarette before he departs this life.
He ................ ????

.... he took out his cigarettes and there is just the one left in the packet.
He takes it out & lights it up & enjoys the last thing he intends doing before he does the deed.
After a short time he has his last puff on it & stubbs it out.
He then .................... ???
