No price as yet, as it will be an insurance job.

But I will inquire and I will do some pics.

It might not be an insurance job if the insurance company reads this forum.

There was significant difference in the "hole" on ours, the front is a one piece moulding in fg backed by 1.6mm galvabond, hope there is no difference in yours if he cuts them both from that template, but then if that happens it is his blue, yes ?

As my bus is an all aluminium body the windscreen edge is approx 7mm thick and in really good condition.

The centre of the 2 pieces will be bonded.

They are gonna do the screen in high impact glass, rather than normal windscreen glass.

The last lot of windows I had made for the bus they used acid etching labels to mark the window glass with the correct specs so I guess these suppliers will do a similar thing.

If I knew how to put my location in the profile I would, I attempted to upload an avitar and I had to edit it such a size that I now can't find it. 15k.

The glass supplier advise the etching of the standard is in the corner of every sheet, sometimes it gets lost when cutting, they will do there best to ensure its retained when cutting.

Mine have no marks, they went in the cutting as they were in the corners and all our corners are round DOH!
No one has ever questioned my screens, been over the pits 3 times now, original certifier never looked, I think it is something they tend to forget about.
My advice was simply to spare you the pain, but in our case there has been none, so maybe don't worry about it too much.
