Kappy

maybe, start off with cardboard and shape the corners.

then it can be traced out onto the chipboard or fibre board at the right dimensions.

good luck.

And very lucky that the screens are flat. ;)

I had 2 screens with bad chips in them and I am also with Ken Tame. I rang Windscreens O'Brian and they came out and cut 2 new screens on site and fitted them and it was all covered by Ken Tame. It was easy and painless and Windscreens O'Brian were very good, in fact their finished job was far better than the original.

Thanks everyone for the great advise, managed to contact a glass supplier in Narrogin about 70 K's from me and they gonna come out and have a butchers hook and most likely fix it on site.

The plan is to bond the screen in.

More will be revealed.
Cheers

How do I delete extra replies.

Had a gliche that gave me the impression the posts weren't happening.

The 'glitch' is not at your end, several of us are having some issues here at the moment.
Bruce is working on getting it sorted out.
