Hi all is any one in SA trimming or cutting down any of the following fruit trees.
Apple
Cherry
Olive
Peach
Plum
Or some Red Gum
Would like the wood for my meat smoking so do not need massive trunks.
Cheers Robert

Mistake in the first line of first recipe, think should read unpeeled apples & peeled onions ? Reads good I give it a try.

If they saved the turnings/shavings from their lathe work, that could be used for smoking as well ..... a bit tricky to roll, might need to run them through the "mulla-matic" first so the splintery bits didn't break through the Tally Ho papers
