How many posts do I have to make before I can post without waiting for my post to be approved by a mod?

Yes it was originally 3 but I think it may be 2 now.
www.ozervnews.com has some details about it Cuppa.
It has been one way we've kept the Russian, Rumanian & other spammers at bay.
