Good one George, they must of had a tech guy just waiting for the TV to arrive to be that fast. Did they send a report on the problem?

Wouldn't need a tech guy to turn it on and see the screen is fractured :lol: Luck of the draw really, you could buy a top end TV and something happen that breaks the screen .... like a bum sitting on it .......

Dot, the damaged one would not have reached Melbourne yet. They sent an email advising that another one was being sent immediately after the broken one was picked up.
