QR Codes are used to provide a URL in a barcode format.

It is no different than clicking on any other hyperlink.

The main difference with this App is that because it isn't registered with Apple or Google it requires extra permission for you to accept it on your device.
I give you that permission :)

In this instance the link goes to http://highwaywanderers.net/-OZERVNews.apk , so you could click on that link with your tablet or smart phone browser, but do not bother to download that to your computer as it will only run on android device.

Still dont know what the app is ?
I wont just open something when I dont know what it is and what it is going to do for me.
I have lots of apps from wiki camps to bird logging etc to weather and fire warnings etc but I know what it is first.
Bit like the joke of no toilet paper just use your finger and stick it through a hole in the wall and it is clean in a few seconds. DOT what are you thinking

Brian, it's just an App that opens the OzeRVNews site, the associated Gallery and the CMCA Website on another Tab.
I thought if anybody found it of value we could take suggestions on what YOU would like it to do.
