A few years ago we were at Blackheath in November and had small flakes of snow falling, the shower water felt like little ice spears - made big mistake of only throwing a track suit top in van when we left Perth, we now carry more

Now that would be some skilled front end loader driving, was the buffer attached to the pallet and the pallet attached to the bucket Hope you have a video you can upload to You Tube, that would be a winner for sure2foot6 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 15, 2018 12:38 pm Today I polished the luton on the motor home, using a front end loader and pallet,a cheap polishing machine and gel coat cut and polish.Amazed at the results being the first time it has been polished in nine years.First 2 pics after and the last 2 before the polish. It only took one and half hours from setting up to packing up.

Finished off the spot next to the new shed for the van. It gets it out of the other shed where it could pick up some damage from other work such as angle grinder sparks or something falling on it. ( yes it should be out touring Aust.)

It'll help keep the snow off it as well Lithium batteries don't need continual charging, so even if it is only a tricke coming in through the roof, just watch out for the battery pack that it doesn't stay in float mode all day every day.Riverlander wrote: ↑Tue Dec 18, 2018 7:00 pm Finished off the spot next to the new shed for the van. Have the fridge running in the van full of apricots at the moment. Will keep an eye on the batteries over the next couple of days.

Managed to get the new weights for the van through Motor Reg. today. Lifted from 1800kg to 2250kg. The van may be legal now. ( probably the first time since it was built ) Cheers John
