I am using a Windows Surface Tablet. I use the app ShareTo:Resize from the Windows store to resize my photos. Apart from allowing to resize individual photos, it also allows resizing entire folders. When resizing an entire folder it creates a new folder named Resized and puts the resized photos with the same name into that folder. No typing needed. Love it.
