Hope they get it/you sorted quickly.
They will be able to sort it out,I'm not too worried about it,just want to get it done because the wire is an important one.Not looking forward to having broken ribs again but there is no alternative......

You could be onto something there Bernie,when the battery goes flat in three years I could stand at a power point ,plug myself in and recharge.On second thoughts ,may not be a good idea,but thanks for the thoughts. :lol:
