Considering a new knee ?

Post by Busman » Mon Jul 10, 2017 4:28 pm

Regenex is a company specialising in stem cell therapy.
As one that is currently investigating the knee options, this is one place I have looked.
Sure the studies quoted are selective to bolster their case but I have followed a couple and they exist.
If even half of what they suggest is possible I am ruling out joint replacement

When you start looking there are many different treatments, and it seems to many quite a few different levels of expertise even in the stem cell area.
From a one day harvest and injection to this company's 7 day program with 2 different types of stem cells and food for them afterwards.
Early days yet though, have just started to look really and am trying to educate myself at this stage.
Once they chop that bone off there is no going back, and some of the pain levels afterwards that I have heard of are frightening.
So, we will see where my research ends up, I have had enough bad experiences with the medical profession to be cautious

Many members of my bowling club have had successful knee replacements, if you do the exercise & therapy after same you seem to have a good outcome.
My neighbour has had both his replaced & still rides his push bike.
