Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning everyone. We had about 8mm of rain overnight. The garden will love it. We had an early start today, took the eldest gkid for an interview at the local Maccas. He's a bit keen to find a part time job.
Helen, are you talking about the Gorge, down in behind the Aratula pub? If yes, then it is a lovely spot. Just a bit hard to access with a bigger vehicle.
Bernie, we all hope that Carol is going to have a better day now. Good luck at bowls if you choose to go Shirley.
Have a great day everybody, stay safe and dry.
Cheers

We live about an hour from the GC, just west of Ipswich. We had about 29mm of rain. Very unusual for us to get more rain than the GC.

Warren, the latest weather patterns seem to split somewhere around Boonah and head to our south or north and up your way. The rains will come our way, eventually.

More water that will end up coming through Mannum, oh for joy, just what we needed .....

Yesterday sometime, the council must have brought a bucket loader of some sort through and scrapped up the river left-overs from the road and dumped them in roughly 16 piles in the ex off road parking spot ..... if the river comes up as much as it was before, that will be under water again ...... :? It seems they have deemed the flood has passed, let's hope they are right this time :D

Bernie.
Bernie, I reckon that elsewhere has had more rain than we have, so far this storm season. But we all know that could change in a blink of Nigel's eye.

Morning folks another nice few days ahead, certainly better than the heat. Nothing much on the agenda, still trying to fix the roller blind over the sink in the caravan. Need to take the fishing reels in for a service as it has been a long time between uses.

Nothing else planned so safe travelling and good health. Cheers Robert
