Dot, Is there a real estate agents ombudsman? Or a body somewhere that you could report the b**** to? I would have thought that she had no right to ask you why you needed paperwork asap, more importantly I would be asking why you have not received any of these reports prior to the tenant moving in/out. Lots of luck with it all...bloody est agents, are a pain in the but.

when it was Ken Tames and associates selling Lumley Insurance Ken Tames donated $x, I think it was either $10 or $20 from eacxh policy or renewal he processed. now ken Tames is an employee of ??? can't even remember who bought the deal off him with a the rubber stamp from CMCA, part of the deal was CMCA got a cut, no longer a donation, just tacked on to every policy and renewal.
ypu pay stamp duty because that's a hidden tax for state govts, this one would be NSW I'm guessig because CMCA is based in Newcastle, but it might no be, depends whewre the policy is actually written I think, could be Vic or Qld. Doesn't SA have stamp duty on all official documents as a state tax?

But **** are in nsw and KT aka Alliance is in Vic so I send my renewal to **** they take their grab then send the balance to Vic   yeah that sounds right Mickey Mouse BS, that's a handling fee, not the other way i.e. I send the $$$ to KT in Vic, they then send **** their $15 as a backhander, now that's the real way it goes..

Might be time to start looking around for another insurance company Dot. Do CIL do big rigs like yours? They have been wonderful for us, but we is a caravan, not a bus. Not cheap either, but really reasonable/helpful when the sh*t hits the fan.

Had our Winnie insured with CIL, no dramas, but ours went through a broker... got a cheaper rate also $10K contents not the standard $1K... can't remember the brokers name.

Oh Woe is me, you said just a little prick :o liar, and there were 4 of the big mongrels, because the disc's and facet joints were inflamed so much that is what caused the unexpected pain.. I even swore once, I said shite, then promptly went all hot and sweaty. I had 45 minutes laying face down with a pillow under my tummy and another under my ankles and my poor old shoulders placed like I was going to do push ups and in and out of the CT machine making sure the needles were in the right places, then After 15 mins of recouping on a trolley I walked (sort of) to the car and was driven home to my PJ's and a cuppa tea. Guess the local will wear off soon and then the big thump thump will kick in for a few days. I was brave though but don't think I shall go that one again any time soon. If this one doesn't do the trick then the next step I will be asleep for so that's ok.. Also on the cripples list is Mike Jenny's aka Aussiegirl's husb had his knee done on Monday How is he doing Jenny????

Too true Brad, someone very close to us all here warned me about the escaping wind and I took care to control things.
