Well never believe anything you are told via phone. Before we left home George rang the AEO to ask about voting whilst away. He was told in no uncertain terms "Yes you can vote while in another state." So off he went this morning and was told at the polling booth "sorry but you can't vote here you will have to go to Ipswich," bugger off, not starting the bus up to do that so the man noted he came in to vote incase he gets a "please explain" letter. Wouldn't you think with this day and age of computers this sort of thing would be possible Have done the weekly clean and done the washing so that's it for another week. Having G's son and family coming here tomorrow it's 5 yrs since they left Strath so the girls will not know us from 2 bars of soap. Beautiful day again.
Queen of the Banal & OT chatter and proud of it. If it offends you then tough titty titty bang bang.
I don't think anyone has any idea just what's in store as far as taxes. Tony managed to run an entire campaign and get elected without actually telling anyone what he really plans to do with our money or how much more of it he is going to grab. Doubt we will really know until he either gets his dream of axing the carbon tax through the senate or he goes for the DD, or just drops the whole idea..... or gets rolled for the top job, anything could happen over the next 6 mths or so.
