Then we went over to Swansea RSL which has a very posho bistro overlooking the channel and the singing bridge. It has a large metal grid covering where the bridge opens n shuts, hence the singing when you drive over it. Usually we get to watch the bridge open for any tall boats, but not today. The big boats stayed away, but it was still lovely watching the birds n fishos all hard at work while we stuffed ourselves. He cooked dinner tonight too...a piece of toast was all that I could fit in. [emoji38]
happy birthday Helen
