Chuck you change the time according to your timezone in your profile in relation to "server time" which most times is set by the web hosting company. Sometimes you may need to try 2 or 3 times until it gets the right one.
I did notice yesterday that there was a 3 minute variation & I've been told it's Microsoft using their own time servers.
I doubt that as I've consistently noticed the computer time to be VERY accurate.
(football bounce count down, news hour etc)

Ray will correct me but I thick that's +9:30 hours from Greenwich Mean Time?

Perfect. Even the possums had a good night so the smaller size hasn't harmed any critters!

The smaller size also takes up less real-estate on small laptop displays.
