I am not having a go at just caravans here so don't fly off at me, from what little I have seen personally with regard to problems and the bugger off attitude of the makers and or agents of the caravans and the appliances inside. it seems there its not much or any help when things go wrong WHY? how many people have to have their dreams stuffed up by money hungry makers/dealers? Out of the people I know personally with NEW caravans or under 18 mths old ALL of them have had very bad defects and all with a battle on their hands to get things fixed...How shattering it must be.

Yes Dot you are right something needs to be done to clean this industry up,. if every we get the chance to have another van built I will be camping in the factory the whole time it is getting built, and try to move me on its my hard earned money going into that van and we should have more control, we were allowed to visit a couple of times and all seemed to be OK but things have still gone wrong. But we are not alone so will just keep fighting.

What about that wonderful young man Shane Crawford that rode his bike for 22 days from Melb to Perth raising money for Breast cancer awareness. Isn't it about time that our politicians learnt a few lessons from this humble man? I have a very dear friend recently diagnosed with breast cancer and so later in the year I shall be asking all of my forum friends to sponsor me when I have my hair shaved off in support the cancer appeal.
