Well have just watched the best ever 15 minutes of tv ever put on the airwaves.. "one million years BC" I sometimes put the tv on for the ABC radio but thought this show looked "different" every spoken word was grunted, so between giant turtles, lizards and one or two dinosaur type things and a baron landscape with a volcano going off, the usual opposing sides of blonde beauties and the dark haired other "tribe" fighting over territory and of course the beautiful blond (Rachael Welch) well the volcano blew it's top, heaps of both sides were disposed of and the remainders all walked off into the sunset, riveting stuff

Cheeky bugger!!! Can we send them a nice pink letter? lol

Reminds me of a youtube video I saw once of a kid trying to lick the beaters without turning them off!!

Guess who are appealing their bond saying they cleaned the house sufficiently?? FOR WHOM? Remember these pics are after they left.. And also guess who has to pay for the useless property manager to go to the hearing?? Landlord insurance does NOT cover filth only malicious damage. Do you think this is clean? Q/ Why didn't the property manager go through before the curry lovers left and told them to do a proper clean?? NO rent has been deposited since they left..(2 months) The property managers took the $$ to pay their cleaners etc out of the new renters rent. G has put a call into the real estate (R-m-x)Office manager but as expected he is in a meeting and will ring back.. Any bets on if or when?

Hope you got the "before" shots to go with the "after" and that they are date stamped.

Bet right now the good ol yank property manager is covering her toosh good and proper but as you should know by now this white chook don't lay down. You keep on with your worries as well Brad, good wins in the end. WE hope after all you are WAS a ring in once that should help.
