Property Managers, Ha Ha Ha, most, not all, but most of them are bloody useless and only do exit inspections a day or two late.....or only when pushed. Most of them, from my experiences have a better excuse book than most racecar drivers that I know. You are lucky that they weren't hoarders Dot. We were fortunate enough to have one as a tenant last year and it was only after we did a 'drive by' inspection that we were able to find out this vital titbit of info. One of the property managers involved didn't think there was much wrong and another couldn't help enough to finally get them out. Stick to your guns Dot and justice will prevail. Truth and honesty, and a great stack of photos will always come out on top.

This week it is BBA's time to go under the surgeon's knife- got a lump cut off his lower leg this morning. At least I can take his sutures out in 10days time. I get mine out Thursday. The cost for this morning was a great big ZERO.

For all they say about our health system being in a mess, medicare being a huge burden on the tax payer blah blah blah.... it really is a great feeling to be an Aussie citizen and be able to access first class medical treatment when you need it, not when you can afford it.

Dot, I hope those yucky pictures are enough to convince the beak that the tenants are just plain grubs. The rules are that the house should be in as good condition as the day they moved in. If you agent has any credibility, they should have pics of the house before the tenants moved in and on the day they moved out. Try that with the manager when you next communicate. Lots of luck.
