Have just fired off an email to the biggest boss of the Re/max mob to see if I can get some satisfaction. Have requested on numerous occasions by phone, email and in person for the necessary paperwork for the tenancy tribunal and the last tenants bond dispute but as is the way when they don't want to do something or they are in the wrong, the ploy is to "ignore" and the pest will go away. Guess what this PITA is just like a haemorrhoid and an internal one at that, I will keep popping in and out till things get fixed.

Try the "No win No pay" type compensation legal people and see if you have a case against the whole mob of them, can't hurt and a legal scare will often get things happening.

Good old strath, just on the news with pictures as well, gunshots fired at a house today found the getaway car down the street and NO it is not ours.

Dot, I hope that this latest attempt to get some response from the Seppo bird that caused all that grief has a happy ending. If you can't get a good result from the head of an organisation to get a franchisee to do the right thing.......................

The real estate man I sent that email today is the brother of the office manager in Mt Barker that we have spoken to he was going to get the bird to send the paperwork but as usual = O. Should be interesting next week.
