Well today has been a mixed bag of happenings.. First the real estate man comes to us with a stupid offer for the little house, he said "The girl can't go any higher as she wants to keep some $$ for alterations" hello , "pay a decent price then save up for the extras" I said Then got an email from the tribunal people saying they didn't have a copy of the curry cookers tenancy agreement, "Neither do we" I replied so she said she would ref it to the registrar which she did.. Got a call from her and all honkey dory for that... So then I looked back on the two emails I sent off to the CEO of Remax real estate 2 months ago so I fired up again and sent another one to the CEO asking who I should contact if he wasn't going to reply... Got a ph call from his PA asking what the prob was so she got it in her ear and she said she would make a call to the branch concerned and to expect a call from them tomorrow or even her again.. Told her what we needed and we'll see...See people, never let companies/ businesses off the hook even if they ignore you. Be a PITA till you get heard and better still action to your satisfaction.. Getting little things all ready for the Gman as he will be on his lonesome tomorrow so lots of snacks and drugs at his beckoned call.

Just keep being that very noisy, loud, squeaky wheel Dot. They will eventually listen. Lots of luck.xxx

Thanks everyone. Getting a tad apprehensive I must admit but it will be worth it.. My friend Ellen (Elly the

My Wed ones are fairly minor, altough I must be getting a bit short of flesh around the last injection sites so maybe he won't need the x ray guidance, just follow the tunnel left from the last time
