But there will be no benefit to Dot and George, apart from satisfaction, and the erring Property Manager will be replaced by another equally incompetent PM and the cycle will continue simply because the Agency Principals don't give a rats and they continue to rake in the $$$s. I worked in RE Admin for many years and have seen it all. And for that reason, I will never enter the investment market again. Even with my experience, I got burnt. Yes, there are occasional good stories but not in my experience.

We constantly receive feedback from owner and tenants and the majority of our clients speak highly of our property managers and our business. On the rare occasion that we do receive criticised feedback we take this on board and make the necessary changes required.

Our staff and also the principal have spoken to you on several occasions about your different concerns and we have forwarded all documentation you have asked for. Unfortunately we do not believe we can help you any further.
