Took the G man to the GP for check up today. She was pleased with his progress but wants him to take things easy for another 4 weeks due to the fact he still has some numbness in his toes and still some lower leg pain but all in all happy chappies.

Raining just ever so gently which is also a good thing. My pussy is limping a bit and that is not good, arthritic pussy

Yep, Ray. This is for real, not just for embarrassment.
Arthritis hits any bone and of course most of us of the female persuasion do have bones right there.
I would prefer to feel a right dork or even a left dork anyday.

I was give a book titled "Strong women and men can beat arthritis" it appears to be a whole heap of strengthening exercises designed to remove the load from the joints. I'll have a re read now and see if there is a chapter that covers exercises for arther in this area, in fact a whole new interest in reading the book properly has just developed
