The biggest problem is the high caffeine drinks being used as mixers for heavy duty spirits, you end up with aggressive wide awake drunks. The only fix is to ban their sale in mixer drinks at pubs and clubs and at the bottlo, then they would be forced to go to the local shop or a supermarket to buy it..... every seen a school aged kid shopping in a supermarket??? That's mothers job, not something they should every have to do
