Any cartilage material will do the job, chicken cartilage is by far the cheapest and easiest find. mince it up and cook it with what ever you are having sprinkled on top. Some specialist reckoned sprinkling it over the top of breakfast was the go, I can’t see corn flakes and chicken cartilage becoming a breakfast treat, I'm guessing it was American as they have very sweet breakfasts like pancakes with fruit and berries in it.
The other one was krill capsules, Pelbo gives them the thumbs up for being the best thing since slip on boots for arthritis and back pain sufferers

Now I hear the "scientific experts" are saying that fish oils are now connected to cancer

Chia has plenty of Omega whatsit in it...one tablespoon a day is ample.
