Isn't the development next to the Maryborough Speedway? Have you been on-site on a Saturday night?
In Broome last year we stayed in the CP next to their Speedway. Noise was evident, but earth banks between deflected most of it, so it wasn't a problem.
If you are next to the speedway, I hope they've done the same.

No rates Brad along with no in and out fees, I like the set up of that place, just wish there was one down this way. We have been looking but most of them are those mongrel ones where you buy in, pay god knows fees then if you leave etc they take a chunk around 25-35% plus other fees I also like the idea of the rent assistance with the likes of rvhomebase and Casino. Had a look at a new set up starting in Murray Bridge but hmmmmmmmmm MB isn't the best of locations but it's cheap look at www.thebridgevillage.com.au

Have you had a look at the www Brad? You own the house but lease the land it is on , some have a 99 yr lease, others have different times but that is how you get the rent assistance. You can sell it and keep the profits when you like and no exit fees to pay. If the Murray bridge one was in a better area we would have thought more seriously about it. Where the racecourse is now, that area is going to become a huge shopping centre but the village thing is in a bit of an industrial area..
