Having a couple of weeks at Port Fairy, nice to be back in the van we have joined our good friends for the 2 weeks. Boys been out fishing every day but not a lot of luck, us girls just having a bit of R & R and some shopping. We are staying in a C/P used to stay in this one for years over Xmas and New Year, until they put their price up and up, but they have given us a special deal for the 2 weeks as the park is very quite. Weather nice a little windy in the afternoons but none of the heat and rain.

I would expect a free shoe shine and a long stem rose for Valentines day to show how very grateful they are that anyone would throw money away for something that should be guaranteed in the Australian constitution - excluding their power/laundry/toilet/shower, the right to explore this country at leisure (for which many have paid the ultimate price) without question or harassment !!!

Dear Brad, here is your letter as requested.
We have had lots of nice rain the last 24 hours, our water tank is overflowing, the frogs and crickets are all singing as well. G and I are deciding if we should spend some money on going to the Caravan & camping show next week but every year it seems like it's the same ol same ol stuff and rubbish there. Going to see the back specialist on Monday so we might call in to the show but I have heard that you are not allowed to "camp" in Australia any more but you are allowed to be "camp" I am more confused than ever on this camping & camp thing. Hope you enjoy your new MH it looks very nice but still need to know more about it like water tanks and their capacity, on board genny, type of loo etc, you know we want to know everything.. I hope this little letter finds both you and Maree well.

Brad... Sometimes you just have to do it( go into a C/P) we love our free camping but was asked by our friends to join them for these two weeks, also know the park owners quite well so its all good , did get free pancakes on Sunday and hoping for more this Sunday
