It's a trade agreement between us and them; they let us come to GallyPolly and dump huge sums of muney there if we will let them send us their corny syrup.

Aren't you glad you asked?

HONEY that is imported from Turkey is not actually honey but corn syrup but what pees me off is that Aust honey can't be taken over the WA border WTF are we (Aust) doing importing honey anyway  Seems we are so dam stupid we can't grow food to save ourselves
The real threat is imported honey could have a bug in it that would wipe out the Aust bee industry. Aust is the last country in the world that doesn't have this bug so Aust queen bees are in great demand world wide, yet our authorities are too stupid to block the dangerous honey imports. We have a pack of morons running the show, no doubt about it

Dot, It's not that there anything wrong with our honey, the problem is that we knocked over all the trees, including most of the Goulburn Valley so there is no flowers to collect the pollen so the bees don't make the honey. And the never ending spiral of shite continues, but that's OK because they call it free trade or something. We don't make anything much or grow anything much anymore that isn't owned by a foreign country or put in a boat and sent OS anyway. Who would want to be a farmer or in the manufacturing industry now

Dot, I'm not sure if it is true or not but I have been told that you can't take a dog into WA without some sort of quarantine. Maybe something we don't know about is happening over there? They do stuff different in WA you know.

Actually I am surprised that you don't need your passport to visit - it is such a different country here.

David dog &, cats are ok. recently a friend of ours went over with his dog and cocky. Got to the border then was told he needed papers to take the cocky. He had to get a permit for the bird and managed to get that at the border, it took some hours to get that done. They might not let G in though as they may think he will eat them out of food.

Have Jenny & Mike aka Aussiegirl tucked up in the back bedroom for the night. They arrived this arvo with yummy cream cakes, then we had pizza for tea followed by apple strudel with custard , cream and ice cream a few naughty cheese jokes followed then the old fella Chuck had to get to his recliner as his back was playing up. Time for a late night cuppa and it is bed time for me as well. Meeting up with the Ros & Boss tomorrow and taking the ironing as well.
