looks like he is wearing one of those ultra light weight safety harnesses, they are so small you'd swear they are not there at all Ya wanna hope he doesn't fall off the roof, it's a real mine field as to who is responsible for the adequate safety gear being worn, especially if the injured part ends up even more brain dead than someone who's doing a job like that without the proper safety gear anyway, if Workcover spot him everyone gets a fine.

Perhaps he's attached himself to the wires behind him.

why bother? why not just ask the question Dot did you know that workers doing this type of work should be wearing safety gear?? sheeeesh
