The rain is just nice and steady, the birds are all having a shower and the gtass is singing, even my pussy has gone for a walk in the rain.. (clever hey?)

Dot not sure if you found a locking fuel cap yet.
I have just dug out the one I bought for my bus that is not the right type and it might fit yours.
It has two lugs and the inside diameter is 77 mm and the outside is 113mm or very close anyhow.
It has two keys and not used. Still has the blue wrap on it.

Bliss oh perfect bliss the rag rats have gone home after 4 days so we have a very quite house until Friday when they return this time it will be without their mother so much more control , hey but seriouly would not have it any other way just love it when they come for a visit but as we all know its also nice when they go home. Now to catch up on all the things that didn't get done when they where here. Our weather is nice and cool today no rain could do with a bit..

Now you can catch up on all that ironing Ros, how dare those rug rats stop the flow of the iron.. Our rain has just eased off and it smells wonderful spreading some fert on the lawn as well as some stuff for those nasty lawn beetles again...

Still reasonably cool & overcast today so got the cleaning gear into gear... the garden hose connected... bucket of sudsy water compliments of Winnebago ... the 'Truck Brush' & the Navigator who does the little fiddly bits the Big Brush can't get into.

Did the roof first... lots of little twigs from that mongrel tree on the corner of the driveway that the bloody council won' let us cut down coz it's still got lotsa green stuff on it. Might hafta get a bit devious before we head off again & pour some alligator food around the base of the tree!

Cleaned the top of the van, well more like cleaned the crap off the top of the van - still a grotty appearance due to sitting out in the weather for a few months prior to us purchasing. Will have to attack it with a slightly abrasive cleaner or scourer then do the sealing around the edge & the vents etc - they almost black.

Rest of the van came up looking really nice.

Pissing down... woohoooooo.

Did you race outside and wash the van?
