My friend that had his lung transplant is doing very well awake but flying high on the happy stuff.

This is such a quiet highway (the Mallee)

Thought you'd be up around Rankin Springs by now Dot?
Good that he's doing OK with the new lungs... next couple of weeks will be the big test I guess.
Here's hoping!
Any news of Norman & Christine?

On the Gum Bend thread Norman says he has Chuckies disease...a gas leak, flat batteries and poor Christine has done her back in, so he's off to the usual start by the sounds of it

And Terry when do we expect to see you here? sat/sund?
Had an email from my friend with the new lungs, he is feeling great, breathing on his own and is soooooo happy he is also out of ICU.

Have seen more wild life between Hay and WW than we saw over the Nulla. Heaps of emus, a couple of wild pigs (dead) a lovely big eagle and goats. We are now in the Ibis CP at Kerang catching up with Phil & Gloria (the managers) they are great hosts, but they have had their water levy moved so that means our mooning days are over for here

Can't get over the price of 2 lit milk we got in Balranald $4.35 wow

Bit chilly tonight so the power will be getting used good and proper.
