Umm... the other day I was sitting on the loo & thinking it was maybe time I emptied the cassette... then another log dropped into the equation... literally dropped in. In fact it was standing to attention!!!
Yep, definitely time to empty it.
So after doing the usual - on completion of making a deposit - I went outside, removed the cassette & was about to put it in the Cruiser & take it to the dump point when I realised that the latest 'drop in' was gunna take some getting out.

The dump point wasn't that far away & the road was in good condition so very little jiggling was gunna happen along the way to help break up the monster.
Hmm... OK. Will do a bit of jiggling with it here before I head off... so... jiggle, jiggle, jiggle for a cupla minutes, place the cassette on the ground, slide the cover back & twist the nob - settle Dot - to open the flap - settle Dot.
What happened next was quite a surprise.
I hadn't realised that shaking the shit - literally - out of the cassette would create pressure inside the cassette.
You know where this is going don'tcha... ?
As the flap was opened I was leaning over the area to look inside hoping to see no big lumps, but I didn't get to see anything - other than a vertical spray of the cassette contents approaching my face at a rapid rate.
Fortunately, my eyes closed before contact was made.
But...
Yeah, always a but...
My mouth was quickly opening - in sheer surprise - at the speed with which this was happening.
It didn't taste good.
Brushing the teeth helped.
Brushing the gums helped even more.
Brushing the tongue helped the most - eventually.
The rest of the day was mostly taken up with checking the mirror for extra 'freckles'.
