Wished I'd known you had one for sale a few months back.
I knew someone went looking for a house in Strath and ended up buying one in Meningie!!!
Reckon he couldn't find one his wife liked in Strath.

There are beauties for sale everywhere, that is have the problem!!! I have a mate with a beautiful house on the water at The Coconuts at Flying Fish Point near Innisfail, inground pool, lovely open plan house worth around the 1.2m mark & can't get any offers at 700k

Where is everyone? My day at the op shop today and the amount of stuff I sorted through was mindboggling. On one hand there are people that take care in how and what they put out to be donated and there are those A--- holes that use it as a dump for their crap and the use of that word is no exageration, amongst the rubbish were unwashed undies and snotty hankies

Supposed to be leaving to go to Yamba at 6am in the morning but the way this dam cyclone is working it's way down the coast & not showing any signs of weakening just might cancel - have paid half of fees for 4 days so hopefuly the resort will allow us to take later in the year. As far as I can remember Bargara has never experienced any thing like they copped to-day. Just awful. Car & van connected, raining heavily so shall wait & see what happens in am.

Nice weather down here in Vic for the past few days.
Mid 20's with just a slight breeze.
