When we had those nasty storms a few weeks ago we noticed the tell tale sign of a water leak in the ceiling, so called the insurance people who promptly sent out an evaluator who found the problem with a cracked roof tile in the damp spot vicinity, then a few days later a ph call from a painter to arrange time to come and fix things..8am the sound of a Holden SS ute

rumbled into the driveway and the young painter started work. At 4pm he said he was done for today and would be back tomorrow to finish the job off. I would hate to be paying by the hr. There was 2 areas that had to be sanded and re plastered then he painted the passage wall and ceiling then did the cutting in around the kitchen area ceiling. Tomorrow he just has to do the painting of the ceiling. A good job being done but how expensive were those 2 wet patches?? (to us $100)
