One of the female "yard dwellers" decided to chuck a mental and chucked a cup on the floor (tiled floor) of course it smashed. But she was forced into such an extreme action due to her spouse being a total tool.

was that the right explanation Steve?

Unfortunately no Dot, the correct explanation is that a tool is a precision instrument.

tool
One who lacks the mental capacity to know he is being used. A fool. A cretin. Characterized by low intelligence and/or self-steem.
That tool dosen't even know she's just using him.

Yes, but not while she's having her tuition! In fact, everyone there cringed.

Greg & Dee went on a vineyard visit for "lunch" down at Langhorne creek then Steve, Lorraine, Greg, Dee, George and I went down to the Langhorne Creek pub for a fantastic dinner. Just to let you know that the free camp known as Potts Reserve" has now been extended

Steve and I are going to see my physio tomorrow and so leaving Lorraine and George in peace for a while, Greg & Dee are also heading out for a day of visiting.

I hope that everyone has a great day tomorrow and enjoys Australia Day. There are yabbie races, pig races and cane toad races at some of the venues around here. What else is on offer out there??? BBQ with snags and lamb chops and a beer or wine, what else would you rather be doing??

At the moment, sleeping, but little hope of that lately. If it ever stops raining for a day here we plan to have a lunch time BBQ, I think the local council have an entertainment thing on by the lake so might go and check that out when the sun comes up, and in the afternoon we are off to visit with a group of friends for possibly the last Australia Day together after more than 30 yrs of the tradition, so mixed feeling regarding that one. Then off to see the barrister on Wed for a case conference to decide the next move after the disastrous finding by the Motor Vehicle Accident Authority's assessor that has left us owing money rather than receiving compensation. Don't get injured on NSW roads, it will cost you yrs of your life fighting and then money as well, the system is stacked heavily against you ever getting a fair go.
Enough whinging from me, hope you all enjoy your Australia Day.

Sorry to see the negative outcome on your accident claim, hopefully your legal eagle can soften the blow somewhat.

The results of a legal system forgetting it was once the back bone of a justice system I'm afraid, the pressures of the all might $$ over ruling the sense of what is fair and just..... yet to see if this is a reversible problem rather than the knee jerk reaction of heading in the opposite direction..... I'm not sure if any reaction will help me or those that have suffered before me, but without some sort of intervention the problem will only continue to compound
