Bleak, cold & raining on Lake Macquarie again today.

Just got back from a walk along the beach. Sunny and warmish

Getting worse here colder & wetter.
Stage 6 of the boys in Lycra has been on SBS.

What do you lot think this blob is?? It is white / grey in colour and spongy, someone said it is whales blubber???

Could be. I wouldn't touch it because every dog South of Adelaide would have contributed to it's flavour!!

And that is exactly what they have been doing, serves the stupid owners of the dogs right not being on leads like Mr Perfect Brian.

Oh boy just had the best ever fish and chips for tea, the fish (flake) was fresh off the boat at Cape Jervis and filleted back at the shop. The chips also were just right worth a weekly trip from home for such great F&C. yummo Shop name is Normanville Fish & Pizza worth a plug

Got the news that a special couple will be arriving in Qld at the end of this month bahhhhhhhhh bahhhhhhhh

Have had a great day today, no rain as expected and we had a visit from my old high school friend that this time last year was in the ICU fighting for his life after a lung transplant. He and his wife came over from Vic to see his nephew and of course Me . We all went for a walk along the beach and got to pat 4 or 5 dogs all enjoying the sun and sand and of course those blobs of blubber.... Might see what kind of sunset there is tonight. The fisher people have been catching some good sized snapper from the wharf and we also saw a pod of dolphins cruising by. Life is good.
