Well hello there Mr Chuck :) Yes they are going to find out just what they have got themselves in to, they have already declined a person membership due to her physical disabilities... BIG mistake, plus another for not having a phone!!!! We Left home at 0900hrs in court @ 1030hrs for 2& 1/2hrs we listened to ITs lawyer asking stupid Q's from the handwriting "expert" then the judge got cranky with her for not doing what he advised her to do some days ago , that was good entertainment :) then lunch for 90minutes, back again at 1430hrs to more of the same crap for 30mins then another 10min break so stupid lawyer could make a ph call (WTF) so then it was the DPP lawyer to have his turn and boy he was making mince meat of the "expert" as did the judge :) then would you believe it the time was 1630hrs and so it was decided to adjourn for the day, what another waste of tax payers $$$$ the handwriting "expert" is from WA so take the flights, hotel HILTON accommodation, meals, wages for days in court (so far 3 days) fees for his expertise ! plus his reports plus the court is paying for a tape of the creep to be transferred onto a DVD. Back to the car and a parking fee of $35 ouch... Back again tomorrow for more of the same I reckon. Had a stare down with IT during one of the breaks and he looked away first :) Gotchu :) Those court seats are terrible, I am taking a cushion tomorrow..:) G couldn't cope with the sitting so he went back to the car at the last break. What a day, we are totally stuffed, I need a wine or two :)

Well, that sounded like a fun day.

No wonder the courts are overloaded - with the lack of time spent in the actual court doing what they're supposed to be doing !

Home again 1730hrs today was a tad less boring because the DPP lawyer shredded the "expert" and the judge did as well :) all good for the end result .. The defence lawyer was once again in the poo with the judge for not being suitably prepared :) :) IT even had a sally army major by ITs side :) guess IT has to call on anyone and everyone when ITs case is shot to bits. IT is looking a tad worried as tomorrow there is a bit of a home movie in an attempt to show something about a window ??? I think it may be where the "Peep hole" was.?? I asked the DPP man and he said it is another hot wind blowing nothing of interest :) Anyway IT may be back in the dock tomorrow and the lawyers summing up on Monday... woo hoo things are coming to the pointy end, maybe have a verdict next mth...

Well Dottie, you should thank Chuckie for the beneficial health assistance he offered in those generous pressure releases you seem to complain about all the time. You can always repaint but dementia is for life, it obviously works because you still remember the special treatment Chuckie delivered all those yrs ago.

Dot, I just wish this was true. But it can't be because most of the blokes that I work with have NFI and can't remember a thing. And lucky us get to smell it all day. All it does is rot your guts out, which makes you fart anyway, and destroy your olfactory(spl?)senses. In other words, it destroys your sense of smell and tries to kill you. Next time you come the GC I will take you for a tour.

Dottie,
If that 'British Research' holds up, I should be immune to Dementia for the next century!
