Had a call from the nice lawyer from the DPP telling us not to bother going to court for the rest of the week as it may well be closed to public again but he shall call us when they start the "summing up " stuff so I spent most of the day spraying the bindi in the visitors parking area and George was busy carting and shovelling the new mulch. Amazing after all that rain we had just a couple of months ago the ground was so dry and water repellent. Still have another days work on the removal of the crap soil and replenishment of soil/ mulch. Also I have to do the rest of the bindi spraying but have to get another bottle of bindi killer to finish. I added the colorant to see where I was up to but I ended up with pink spotted legs. We are also trying some concrete cleaner, had to leave it on for 2 days before washing it off. Have a nest of baby honey eaters in the wisteria and Brian can't figure out why the parents are bombing him when he lays in the shade.

My pussy is so gentle !!:)

Dottie,
The 'little tacker' is my grand-daughter, Charlotte.
And when the piccie was taken (her 5th birthday) her Daddy
did have a Jeep Renegade!

He has since seen the light and, like his father did, has bought a Mini. Although
mine was a
Proper BMC Mini. His is a BMW Mini

Hark!! I hear thunder getting closer, might get some rain tonight if we are lucky. Today was a nasty sticky muggy day so I stayed mostly indoors and did as little as I possibly could.

My poor pussy, the man came this morning to give a quote on cleaning the pavers but he bought two of his sprogs that were running and yelling around the place and poor Brian bolted straight in behind the bed and stayed there till they had gone. Now he will take a few days to recover as he was traumatised by my nieces 2 sprogs last year. Brian had never seen such monsters and I can honestly say he is a very smart pussy.. Once again we have been busy in the yard, G getting rid of overgrown shrubs and I have been spraying the yard to get rid of the bindi, about another 4 or so containers should see it finished, have a pink yard though

How varied quotes are so far ranging from $500, $600 and $1300 ??? Twas rather hot out there today but I did have on long pants, long sleeved shirt, boots and a big hat mostly for protection from the spray and also the sun. = knackered.

Party on next door but I will sleep soundly tonight after all the effort today. What did you lot do today???
