Dot have you tried copper sulphate on the pavers?
Drop in to Elders or Landmark & see if they have some little bags of it that are for dropping in sheep/cattle troughs for killing algae.
Let it soak in for a few days before you blast off with high pressure gun. (Do you have one?)

That goes with almost anything these days. Lenient sentencing doesn't seem to be a deterrent anymore. Go figure?

I am back from the wilderness, nice try but you can't get rid of me it seems. The interweb decided I was some sort of threat ..... well it could have got that one right actually but it wouldn't let me even see this forum. But Bruce got it sorted so now you have to put up with me again

... Tomorrow the nice man is coming to clean all of our paving all 330sq mts and I will not be getting out of bed to greet him either, not at 8am that is still the middle of the night for me..

Put the lower classification crims to work on community projects and house them in modified shipping containers. Then they can be moved round from project to project until their time is up. It would be cheap to do, easy to control with the technology we have today and would pay for their incarceration. I don't believe they should be paid for working in jails, until they have paid of the cost of their crimes and that include compensation for victims.
They would also learn skills that can be used in society and set up a system where upon release, they are put straight into paid work for their parole period. If they are release having done their full time, still put them into paid employment and this will stop repeat offending quite a bit.
