Well there you go Dot, I remember that movie and all we'd have to do is put an electronic barrier around the work area and play ukulele music if they approach the perimeter. That'd stop them.

Gotta do something with them Bernie, the crime rate is growing and so is the cost. With that horrendous drug ice around, they go crazy and uncontrollable. So we have to do something other than throw money at trying to keep going what is not working and costing us more and more.

and a bagpipe perimeter just in case

Make all thieves repay double what they stole, or work it off so that the victim receives the compensation.
That'd take half the prisoners out of the jails.
Be a lot less crime too...

All sound good but who's feeding them .

Porridge and bread Bernie, leg shackles, what ever it takes to get things done. Maybe they could start by cleaning up the rest stops for us good ones and for the real bad ones, I will do the job for free.

Put the victim in charge of the scheme.
If they have to be fed and housed, it just means they have to work for longer.
Reckon if I was the victim i would be happy to have the crim be my slave for a while...
