Here comes a rant are you lot ready?? I have a friend who has an adult son with a degree of mental instability plus a drug and booze problem. He is so bad that he doesn't know where his mum lives because of his violence. He owes over $11k in court fines, power bills of over $1500, vet bill for his dog $800 and so it goes on.. He is either on the streets with the
"street family" in the Adelaide parklands drinking under a tree or gets a housing comm house till it's trashed then back onto the streets till another house is forthcoming.. My question is WHY is he and his mob allowed to get away with this behaviour and yet the poor old pensioners and the truly needy people get their asses kicked at every chance the law gets if they can't pay their power bill right on time or at all.. Now don't do the goody two shoes PC crap on me with this one because I see him and his mates as nothing more or less than oxygen bandits, His mum says jail is not the place for him and there are no mental health places suitable for him helloooo he does the crime just like a demented murderer yet is allowed to just keep doing what ever he feels like with no consequences. The dear old taxpayer shall keep that kind in the things they need, free food, clothes, taxis, hospital care when they are boozed out of their tiny pea brains, or stabbed due to a drunken fight over a dreg of booze or a pill, and houses with free furinture and power etc etc.. End of rant (for now)

What really got me started was we were in the supermarket getting a few bits and an elderly lady at the checkout had gone over her budget so she asked the check out lady to deduct a few things so she could afford her groceries I wanted the check out person to say "Don't worry about it" and maybe cover the loss by some way but nup, I was going to offer the check out lady the extra $$ the lady was short but G told me not to as it could have embarrassed the lady in front of people lined up behind her. I had a look at the stuff she left behind and thought she could do without the magazine and the can of fruit so I kept quiet but when we listened to my friends story about her son and his "family/mob" that just lit my fuse big time.

Dot you cant fix the system... The wankers have it all tied up....

The system fixes itself, not many of them end up as old age pensioners without a huge change early on, the liver fails and that's it, no questions asked, no fix possible, worm food.

Have to argue with that one Terry. I've been reliably informed that the reason a grave is 6ft deep is that no living creature (worms, grubs, beetles etc) can go that far down.
