Watching my mate Roger Fed he is such a beautiful boy.. Finally can turn the air con off and get ready for tomorrows roasting of 40deg, I shall be watching those boys in lycra slog it out and I will be in the air con sipping on some coldies.

I have the air con on at the moment Dot. I cant wait for some rain, forgot how that feels, but it aint happening here for a while.

Took a visit to the chiro and the supermarket in this heat and I was totally stuffed for the day. Don't seem to be getting much done at the moment. Just concentrating on survival I suspect.

I am looking for some ugly sleep, very soon, so off to bed you lot and night night.

This heat is so tiring, went outside to water the plants and refill the bird baths and came inside sweating like a wrestlers armpit.

Good morning all. This is what Catriana have been doing since we got here attacking her back garden & totally enjoying chopping her trees back. Not resting- fell on backside. We are having a rest day to-day & all going to see Moana the movie.

Our resident caretakers John & Sandy (Toyman on the CF) came to dinner last night along with Bruce & Wendy, Steve & Tony and Brian and John cooked up a great feed on the BBQ and the girls made great salads, a top night and thankyou to all who attended for making it a memorable event.
Today is sure shaping up to be warm one, yesterday was bad enough but today will be a knock off and go home early day I think. Our visitors from Victoria headed off at 6am this morning in an attempt to skip the worst of the heat, it was too hot even then to sleep any more so an early start seemed like a good idea. We must have kept John & sandy up too late cause they were still asleep when I got here

Air con now off 1840 (SA) Brian is now allowed to go outside for his daily ablutions and shall be back in in an hr or so. Might go out tomorrow seeing as it 's not going to be so hot. hmmmm where to go? looking at display homes, Cosco, Ikea, ..

Have been to Ikea recently getting decent curtain rails that you can mount flat to a wall.
