That's gonna make one hell of a big camp fire cook up.

You just got to make sure the man doing the controls of the cooker knows his job,, a good cook up depends on the amount of oxygen and heat else you could either go on the slow grill or the charcoaled chook i.e. black crispy on the outside and soft and soggy on the inside.. depends on your fat content as well, boom boom.. Also the grave depth is because of the wildlife deciding to have a feed,,, they can't get a wiff at certain depths.

Don't worry about the wildlife, when it gets to that stage they guarantee you won't feel a thing

Yep... BBQ for me also, & no fancy wooden casket - cardboard box will do just fine!!

It is hot today but like a trooper the shepherd is slaving away out in the midday sun, shows just how silly those kiwis are sometimes .. Looks like he has cut a whole in the side of the van for the bog cassette, and he has framing up and looks like he's about to launch a wall panel up.. Must get a pic or two..
